We started working with Steve over a year ago and he has been absolutely amazing every step of the way!

We had a new computers installed into 4 of our surgeries and reception area - we are a busy NHS & Private dental practice & Steve was so quick & flexible with moving them over with no disruption to the practice. We have recently undergone a renovation within the practice and needed our computers moved into the new reception area, again Steve was beyond helpful & again, there was no disruption to our working areas.

Steve has recently helped me recover significant amounts of data, files and most specifically, extremely "valuable" photographs that I thought were lost. They were spread over two old laptops and an external hard drive. Every small business needs IT backup and in this day and age, as our reliance on IT and computer grows stronger.  We were recommended to Control IT Solutions by John Ross, and it is one of the best investments we have made.  For a family that just want to get on and run their business and concentrate on what they are good at, it is hard to lose so much time on glitches where the computer says no, or a pop up box refuses to disappear and it is well worth the investment knowing CITS have our back, and log in remotely and sort the issue.
